Business session 3

In the session3 class, I learned three new contents, namely STP analysis, Mission Statement, aims and objectives. First of all, STP analysis. In addition to what I learned in class, in order to have a more specific understanding of STP, I searched a large number of introductions to STP and some specific brand STP analysis cases during the production, which enabled me to basically understand the three aspects of STP that need to be analyzed. I chose this cooperation as the main analysis object and made STP. I think the analysis of segmentation is not very comprehensive, because I do not have a good understanding of variables related to it. However, I can clearly know the target market positioning of my cooperation, and I completed it smoothly in TARGE. Finally, I made a brief description of position based on the product I designed. In conclusion, I think STP analysis can help me quickly understand the positioning of a brand for market segments and its target market. This is a great experience and I have gained a lot of helpful knowledge. When writing Mission Statements, I first collected The mission Statements of Balenciaga and Pop-Mart, and then created new Mission Statements based on them and my own ideas about this cooperation. It was an amazing feeling, as if I had really created a whole new collaboration. When formulating AIM and Objects, I combined the five aspects of Smart to make it seem reasonable and in line with the development strategies of both brands. In general, I think this session assignment is very interesting and further deepens my understanding of business.
