In the study of Session2, I focused my attention on primary research. For this primary research, I chose shop Report, customer profile and questionnaire survey. Shop Report and Customer profile are familiar tome, because I have done them in the study of last semester. I feel that the depth and professionalism of the research in each assignment are improved, and the research content is more credible. I can feel that I am making progress. When making shop report, I made Balenciaga, Pop-Mart and Chanel. When making Pop-mart and Chanel, I used the 4P in marketing Mix to analyze them in detail, especially pop-mart. This is a brand new toy trend from China. In addition, regarding the choice of customer, I found a fashion blogger to be my customer. He loved Balenciaga and Pop-Mart, which made him a perfect customer for me.
It was the first time for me to make the questionnaire, and I designed 11 questions according to my collaboration content. Before making the questionnaire, I also looked up a large number of relevant questionnaires, especially in the question setting, how to better obtain useful research information is the problem I need to consider the most. After making the questionnaire, I released it to different groups for investigation, and obtained the research results of 55 subjects, whose ages are basically between 22 and 28, which is in line with the customer age positioning of this collaboration. I made the results of some important questions into pie charts and line charts, clearly showing the results of the questionnaire. After this experience, I also feel the value of questionnaire survey, that is, the most real market information can be obtained quickly, and a series of improvements can be made to this collaboration according to the results. There is no doubt that I benefited a lot from session2 learning.
